Multi-Cyclone

1. Collects particles of 1.12 microns or larger at over 90% efficiency (FMC type) ● The shape of the cyclone element is ideally determined based on years of experience. The exhaust duct length is the same. An orifice is attached to the lower part of the exhaust duct. ● Aerodynamically designed guide vanes. 2. Stainless steel guide vanes ● The guide vanes are the lifeblood of the multi-cyclone, so they are attached. Stainless steel is used considering wear. 3. No dust accumulation area ● A funnel is installed, eliminating the flat areas between the cyclone elements. 4. Can incorporate a cleaning device using air jets ● Automatic cleaning is performed during operation by a sequence controller.
